    Wanted to mention that you are doing many more than 10 leg lifts per leg. Not complaining though because even though you are doing about 13 per leg and I am very much following your instructions, I do NOT feel anything front of my leg. How may should I do in order to feel it front of my legs? Way more than 20 I would expect. Thanks!

    This is a great easy to do full body workout. My only observation is the reps are a little too fast for seniors or those just starting out? Other than that it's brilliant. Well done mate, deserve a lot more likes and hits and will share it!

    I am not a senior but I fractured my right ankle and cannot stand on it nor lie down to work out. My lower back is becoming quite sore from using a knee scooter and crutches to get around. I am glad to have found this seated lower back strengthing routine which after just following it once, has already brought relief to my back pain! Thank you.

    Hi Mike I had a stroke three months ago. It was not too bad, but it still was bleeding in my head. I fell off the bed. I’m doing therapy right now and then I remember you because I needed somebody like you my mind is not very good, but I’m feeling I need to get better.     Hi Mike Could you possibly consider doing a video on hamstring stretches sometime pleased. Mine are really tight and although I can find lots of videos about them they all seem to be focused on fit 30y olds and not seniors. 🙏
